LEZIONE 1: The Hotel: What can I find in a hotel?
Introducing names, spelling jobs, countries, nationalities using questions and answers and other vocabulary related to the hotel
LEZIONE 2: The Hotel Bedroom
Describing all the objects guests can find in a “standard” or “luxury” room including the range of bathroom objects
LEZIONE 3: Services in the Hotel and Room services
Vocabulary related to hotel services, opening and closing times of services, understanding availability and non-availability of different services
LEZIONE 4: Enquiries
Vocabulary and utterances on room rates, room types as well as room bookings by e-mails
LEZIONE 5: Using the phone
Vocabulary and utterances useful to deal with phone bookings and problems, apologizing and offering alternatives
LEZIONE 6: The Check-in
Language related to confirmation letters or changes in booking and checking-in
LEZIONE 7: Giving information about what to visit
Making suggestions about places to visit, describing tourist sights
LEZIONE 8: Location of facilities
Understanding requests for directions, explaining where services are in and near the hotel
LEZIONE 9: Problems & Solutions
Understanding how things work in the hotel and dealing with problems guests could have during their stay in order to offer them solutions
LEZIONE 10: The check-out
Presenting the hotel bill, methods of payment, explaining items and saying goodbye.
